About The Founder

Kevin Williams is the founder of Power Forward Youth Foundation and Power Forward Leadership Development. He is a leadership coach, youth mentor, speaker, pastor, and workforce-development professional committed to helping individuals discover their potential and build stronger futures.

With a master’s degree in leadership and certification as a Maxwell Leadership Certified Team Member, Kevin brings experience in leadership development, mentoring, career preparation, workforce development, and ministry. His work is grounded in the belief that young people thrive when someone believes in them, invests in their growth, and provides them with practical tools for life.

Through Power Forward Youth Foundation, Kevin equips young people with mentorship, leadership development, career exposure, workforce preparation, and positive guidance. Through Power Forward Leadership Development, he provides speaking, coaching, DISC assessments, leadership workshops, and team-development experiences for individuals and organizations.

Kevin’s leadership approach is personal, practical, and purpose-driven. Whether working with a young person, emerging leader, community organization, school, church, or business, his goal remains the same: to help people recognize their value, strengthen their leadership, and gain the tools needed to build a better future.
