Power Forward Youth Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering young people with the confidence, character, leadership skills, and opportunities needed to build successful futures.
We believe every young person has potential, but not every young person has access to the guidance, encouragement, and resources necessary to discover and develop it. Our mission is to help bridge that gap through intentional mentoring, leadership development, personal growth, career exploration, and workforce readiness.
Through our signature V.I.S.I.O.N. Program (Valued Individuals Shaping Innovation, Opportunities, and New Futures), we provide students with personalized coaching, leadership experiences, DISC behavioral assessments, career guidance, and meaningful connections with professionals and community leaders.
Our approach goes beyond simply providing information. We focus on building relationships, helping young people recognize their strengths, develop confidence, make informed decisions, and prepare for the opportunities and responsibilities ahead.
